How do I sign up?

Sign up by entering your name, valid email address and password. We’ll send you an email to confirm your registration. You will also get your Shop n Zip Account ID and our shipping address. 

Please add [email protected] to your contact list so you don’t miss out on important news or notifications from us. If you don’t see your confirmation email in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
 

What is my U.S. Address?

Your Shop n Zip address serves as your U.S. delivery address which you should use when you shop at your favorite U.S. online stores.

Please note that this is different from the Philippine delivery address that you will provide.

You will have your own Shop n Zip Account ID upon registration together with the U.S. delivery address. You may also use this U.S. phone number +650 634 8720. All of which are needed when you purchase from any of your favorite U.S. online stores.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Select Forgot Password on the Sign In page and enter the email address associated with your account. Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.

 

How do I change my password?

Sign in then go to My Profile > Edit Profile > Change password and enter your new password. 

 

How do I edit my profile?

Sign in and go to My Profile to edit your personal info such as name and address or to change your password.

 

How do I update my account information and preferences?

Sign in then go to My Account to add or edit your payment details and recipient's address.
