How to Load Your Smart Prepaid Card in the Philippines

HOW TO LOAD YOUR SMART PREPAID CARD IN THE PHILIPPINES:

1.   Lightly Scratch off the protective ink on the Smart prepaid card to reveal the pin.

2.   On your Smart GSM Cellphone, dial 1510 + PIN and press CALL.

3.   A voice recording will confirm if the reload attempt is successful.

To inquire about your Smart prepaid load balance:

1.  Dial 1515 and press CALL.

2.  Or you may type ?1515 and send to 214.

3.   You will then receive a text message stating your latest available balance.

NOTE:

• The Smart Prepaid Card will not work without a Smart Sim Card.  
• The value on your Smart Prepaid Card must be consumed with 75 days from the time it is first loaded.
