How to Load Your Globe Prepaid Card in the Philippines

HOW TO LOAD YOUR GLOBE PREPAID CARD IN THE PHILIPPINES:

1.  Scratch the back part of your globe prepaid card.  It will reveal the Call & Text Card Number and Call & Text Card Pin.

2.  Dial 223 and press CALL.  (Only if you are within the Philippines)

3.  Enter your Call & Text Card Number and press #.

4.  Enter your Call & Text Card Pin and press #.

5.  A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is succcessful.

To inquire about your prepaid load balance:

1.  Diall 222 and press CALL.

2.  You may also text BAL and send to 222 (free of charge).

3.  You will receive a text update of your latest available balance and remaining free texts.

NOTE:

• The Globe Prepaid Card, Text and Internet Card will not work without a Globe Prepaid Sim Card.  
• The value on your Globe Prepaid Card must be consumed with 120 days from first use.
